Legal Technical Specialist

What are we looking for?
We are looking for people passionate about conveyancing. People who know the intricacies and nuances of the conveyancing process who can pass on knowledge to others in a positive manner. If this sounds like you, let us give you an idea of what the role would look like.
You’ll be:
· Fundamental in delivering unrivalled service in all residential conveyancing matters in a high-volume environment
· The go to person for legal support to conveyancing teams
· Facilitating the approval of the legal title for exchange of contracts
· Pushed to reach your potential through exposure to all residential transactions within the business, supported by tailored training and development specific to you
· Great with the team, motivating them to achieve more and being supportive when needed.
There are a couple of things we need from you to make this work. The non-negotiables are:
· A strong knowledge and deep understanding of the conveyancing process, ideally with exposure to complex title checks and enquiries
· Accuracy, attention to detail and importantly, you need to embrace change as the business moves through industry and technological advances.
· You need to thrive in a team environment, helping bring the best out of others and pushing yourself to improve as well.
